At Ballintaggart we strive to find you some of the best produce Ireland has to offer and in particular the Dingle Peninsula.
We are able to source all our Meats, Fish, Eggs and Vegetables locally as we are blessed to have an abundance of local food producers in Dingle right on our doorstep, and we love to work with them on our seasonal menus to showcase the best of their produce.
We nurture long-term relationships with our treasured local suppliers and trust them to keep us up to speed with all the best in season ingredients.
